Culture Relationship & Money

The year 2010 is more than half over and millions of people are still struggling with the new role of the middle American. The idea crossed my mind recently that the old roles many of us had were always illusions of the society of the mentally privileged. When I first realized that it was to factors, throughout time, that determined who succeeded and who supported their success it woke me up to the realization that it was important to begin to identify and share those two factors with others who were questioning their role in 2010 society. The two factors are Culture and Relationship. If a person is born into an affluent culture regardless of the ethnic or race background, the thought patterns are affluent. When I read the great stories of Lincoln or Carnegie, to name a couple, and the severely restrictive environments that they rose from to greatness it is clear that these people changed their cultural affiliations, from poverty to wealth. Along the way each of these great men developed lasting relationships that resulted in group alliances that propelled them to wealth and prestige.

If you stop and look closely at people outside of work you will find that each group pretty much stays with others who resemble them in appearance and level of income. Over the last 3,000 years or more the technology has changed tremendously and yet the fundamental make up of people continues to be culture bound and limited. Now as the economy changes the ones who exercise ownership of their business and lives are in position to thrive and create ever greater technology. The support staff, those who compete for that which has been created by the wealth minded few are often unable to find simple work due to the outsourcing of the blue collar arena.

Now ask yourself what is the difference between the wealth minded people and the poverty/middle class minded people. Well if you look closely you will see that the cultures of wealth support others of a wealth mentality. Each group is functioning based on their limiting beliefs. The great visionaries of the past and even now changed their belief systems by making a mental shift in consciousness. Now in 2010 these concepts and tools are available to the American public in "simple to understand" practices. Enter the "information guru" (not my quote) who acts as the "knowledge broker". Now you too can begin to investigate the mental tools that only the elite used before are now available to you in a ten week workshop on the expansion of mental wealth. Just send an e-mail to the Mental Wealth link and request information on the affordable workshops that can propel you into a wealth consciousness. Mental Building Blocks for Career Success

Hello and welcome to the information age of the 21st century. The old society, complete with blue collar industry has been gone for a few years. We are already into the New Millenium ten years deep and yet many of the American people are still taking the old approaches toward employment. When I look at the toll takers and grocery store checkers and see technology devouring their positions, few jobs at a time it is clear that a mental paradigm shift is imperative.

Recently I had a conversation with an eye technician about the fact that she had spent fifteen minutes with me to measure my eye glasses and was unable to take the payment for the service at her desk. I thought that it didn't make economic sense for me to go to a separate receptionist to spend only two extra minutes to have the money collected. I am in total support of employment for all, I just know that if technology can devour a job it will. Of course the receptionist believed that the day will never come when she would be spending the extra five minutes to collect my fees, relieving the receptionist of her role in the service exchange. The checkers that watch people check their own groceries may have the same limited view of the 21st century employment shift.

So what age are we in? One of the greatest Internet giants posted the concept of Information Gurus as the latest group to rise out of the down side of the technology expansion. So now that we are in the Information Age, and have left the Industrial Revolution far behind, it is time to make the mental shift to the expansion of personal talents and gifts and then sharing them among each other. If you have lost interest in the conversation already, you may have also lost the needed attention span to develop new ideas and then take action on them.

O.k., so what is the point of this dialogue, you may ask? Well, I am offering the opportunity to hear about some cutting edge concepts in Mental Expansion to be held at the New University Campus opening up in the Downtown Oakland hub. I will be presenting some Mental Building Block concepts that will allow you to pursue new careers or business ventures while stabilizing your mind during these turbulent times.
