Return to Source

The Divine Mandate begins when you are born, oh yes it is J.Bruce speaking. I had a conversation with a gentleman earlier this evening I would like to share.  The new friend told me that in the early 1980s he had an awakening where he began to return to the universal source inside him. This is the God Source each of us has inside that connects us with the universal creative source that has been responsible for the greatest inventions over many years.
When he realized that there was a lot of corruption in the work arenas he decided to check out of the system. We talked about the Ego also known as the Parasite or the Gremlin. The Parasite in the mind preys on the host, the individual.

The conversation moved on to the concept of the split in mind where the individual makes a conscious separation between the self (the God force within) and the conditioned person, aka the self-talk that one hears in the mind. When the split is made between source, the self and the conditioned Ego a person is able to begin to just be curious about the conditioned person and the true one who lives inside. If the individual self-identifies with the conditioned person that provides the drama in the mind then the person begins to resist or attempt to overcome the destructive voice in the mind. The Ego is a master at creating the illusion of a conflict  between you and yourself and the reality is that the conflict is between the Ego and the mirror image of the Ego. The moment a person uses words like: struggle, resist, fight against or other negative terms the person is in the realm of the Ego. 

The real self at Source is pure positive abundance and expansion.  The universe is unconditional love and is all inclusive. The disconnect is when the individual practices negative thought patterns that moves a person away from the pure goodness of the source within.  The interesting part is that in order to reach your true self a person must receive the information through the medium of the Ego. To understand this the very information that will help a person to dissolve the influence of the Ego must come through the conditioned mind, the very same Ego.

Here lies the dilemma when a person begins to use personal development information to begin to dissolve the Ego influence the Ego has the opportunity to filter out the concepts that will dissolve its influence.  The process of absorbing  information on a continuous basis  that will provide some relief from the destructive Ego requires a layering of mental concepts that slowly reduce the influence of the Ego. Again the Ego will do all that it can to sensor or filter out the information that will dissolve its influence. This is the importance of slowly layering concepts, over the conditioned self, that return the person to their internal source.
